What deposit is required?

• 50% of the first month upon signing.
• Balance + security deposit + appraisal: 7 days before arrival.

How does billing work?

• A monthly invoice is issued. Any delay will result in legal interest + 5%.

How do I deposit the security deposit via Korfine?

• The security deposit is blocked in a secure Korfine account until the end of the lease.

Can I cancel my reservation?

• Depending on the terms of the contract (usually 30 days' notice).
