What time is the apartment available?

  • From 2 p.m. If ready earlier, luggage storage is available.

How is the move-in inspection carried out?

  • It is carried out by an independent CIBEX expert. Costs are shared 50/50.
  • You have 3 to 4 days to report any issues.

Are there any move-in fees?

  • Yes: €100 move-in fee (excluding VAT).

Are all utilities included?

  • Yes: water, gas, electricity, internet, TV, common areas.
  • Any exceptional consumption will be billed.

Is the apartment insured?

  • Yes, through the owner's waiver of recourse insurance.
  • Your personal belongings are not covered.

Do you offer a premium service?

  • Yes: weekly cleaning + linen = €200 excl. VAT/month.

How does cleaning work?

  • Standard: 2 hours of cleaning every 2 weeks + linen change.
  • Staff do not handle dishwashers or personal belongings.

Can staff enter during my stay?

  • Yes, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., for maintenance or repairs.
  • Safe available; key replacement: €372 excluding VAT.

Can I have guests?

  • Yes, as long as they do not disturb the peace. Parties are not allowed without prior agreement.

Are the apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility?

  • Some are, some are not—check before booking.

Can I leave early?

  • The rent remains due until the end of the contract, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
