What time is the apartment available?
- From 2 p.m. If ready earlier, luggage storage is available.
How is the move-in inspection carried out?
- It is carried out by an independent CIBEX expert. Costs are shared 50/50.
- You have 3 to 4 days to report any issues.
Are there any move-in fees?
- Yes: €100 move-in fee (excluding VAT).
Are all utilities included?
- Yes: water, gas, electricity, internet, TV, common areas.
- Any exceptional consumption will be billed.
Is the apartment insured?
- Yes, through the owner's waiver of recourse insurance.
- Your personal belongings are not covered.
Do you offer a premium service?
- Yes: weekly cleaning + linen = €200 excl. VAT/month.
How does cleaning work?
- Standard: 2 hours of cleaning every 2 weeks + linen change.
- Staff do not handle dishwashers or personal belongings.
Can staff enter during my stay?
- Yes, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., for maintenance or repairs.
- Safe available; key replacement: €372 excluding VAT.
Can I have guests?
- Yes, as long as they do not disturb the peace. Parties are not allowed without prior agreement.
Are the apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility?
- Some are, some are not—check before booking.
Can I leave early?
- The rent remains due until the end of the contract, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
